Pros

Good pay and benefits Tiers are extremely smart and friendly Get to work on a diverse set of projects Learn a lot about the business Get to meet C-level leaders Very informal/flexible work environment 0 micromanaging You get to make your schedule No need to clock in/ clock out You own your projects Projects you work on are high priority to TI stakeholders

Cons

Little guidance, they expect you to hit the ground running even as an intern. They want people to figure things out by themselves by asking lots and lots of questions. Leaders are highly critical when giving feedback on presentations. If you are curious that is good, but if you aren't, you will not be successful nor get a full-time offer. Expect interns to have a strategic mindset when most employees developed that mindset with years of work experience.

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for professional growh in the company and a pretty open-minded culture.

Cons

Quite process oriented, although needed due to the size of the company.
