Pros
Great people and a large company. Heard great things from people working full-time. If you are not happy in a role they will try to find something that works for you. Was not uncommon to hear people making large career transitions and TI supporting them.
Cons
Area of office is hectic located in a busy area of Dallas right off I35. Some employees not happy with their work and it is clear when you meet them. At times seemed there was not enough work for everyone to be doing something interesting
