      Pros

      TI is a great company overall, solid work experience. Management believes in employee rotations to different business units and functions, so this is a great way to gain experience and grow.

      Cons

      quite a conservative organization though that has started to change, and pay is on the low side. well known nickname for TI= Tiny Income.
