      Everyone at the company is extremely kind and there’s a good workplace culture, the companies also extremely flexible with hours and coming into the office

      Cons

      the ramping for each role is extremely difficult and sometimes you can be stuck with managers that are unsupportive

      - You get to experience different parts of the IT world at TI

      - Pay suppression - Upward movement in the company is stalled due to mandatory 3 year rotation in IT _ After first year of the rotation it feels like you are forgotten - Management says you have a say where you want to go. But that is false
