She has continued the tradition of forward thinking and corporate responsibility for the benefit of our employees, policyholders, injured workers, and the communities we serve. We continue to innovate in the use of our technology and resources, while providing flexibility for employees to do their work in the manner they are most comfortable. We have moved our major systems to the cloud, and we continue to work to retire other supporting systems as part of this transition.
