Pros
Flex hybrid schedule, supportive management, plenty of opportunities to grow from within, they are very involved in the community and offer many volunteer opportunities, they push maintaining a good work/life balance, upper management continues to look for opportunities to improve and they listen to their employees on how to improve, continued education opportunities, they very much so live by their values.
Cons
Pay is not as competitive as other carriers, but they are working on it.
