The company has a good work life balance and is flexible with needing to take time off to take care of personal matter. The company give paid holidays and 14 day paid time off. The company has a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Cons

The company has a very strict promotion process that is only available if you have a certain amount of years and not so your work accomplishments. This makes it difficult to move up in the ranks and get a higher salary.
