      Pros

      In my department, a lot of jobs are specialized which allows for people to do a handful of duties extremely well and produces an overall better outcome.

      Cons

      In my years of employment I haven’t perceived any cons. The company pays well, provides exceptional benefits, and my supervisor provides invaluable assistance and guidance.

      Positive company culture with great people. Benefits are better than average and management is always looking for feedback to improve. Many advancements in IT infrastructure and internal systems.

      New building, good 401k benefits

      Cons

      Adjuster expectations are unrealistic and the workload continues to grow with no end in sight. Micromanagement and control over employees is so great it’s almost surreal. Abusive work environment and lack of support.
