They put the wrong people in upper managent. It appears that Senior Managers can say anything they want about individuals without H.R listening to both sides of the story. It's a little scary that such a big company would promote this kind of behavior and tolerate harassment. Low morale.

Fantastic organization, great people, great benefits. The mission of the organization benefits everyone in Texas.

Cons

Low turnover = less opportunity for advancement. The organization is as unique as the state, so it takes a while to learn and some of your experience here won't translate easily elsewhere.
