When claims are up overtime is necessary can create stress for employees when OT is mandatory.

I started working with Texas Mutual recently coming from a back ground with no experience in the field. They took great care to make sure I knew everything I needed to in order to exceed at the job. My co-workers are so much fun and management really makes an effort to get to know everyone and listen to what you have to say. I am so blessed to have found such a great place to work. The benefits are amazing and the career opportunities are endless. A really great place for a recent graduate to plug into. Upper upper management come out to all the offices once a quarter and have an open and honest discussion about where the company is and where it is going. They are some of the best people to work with.

Cons

None really. Our office building is kind of old but we are getting a new one soon so that doesn't really matter.
