Low pay, with expectations to give generously to the university; heavy workload; lack of student accountability from the university; disorganization and poor communication across the campus; consistent last-minute changes with expectation for faculty to react on a dime; confusion of students; apathy from veteran faculty and staff

1 - Department level leadership wants to and is trying to improve TSU for both students and faculty/staff. 2 - Most of the students eager to be there and learn.

Cons

1 - University level leadership is still not to be trusted. They are out to see what they can get for themselves. 2 - Location, location, location. You take a huge risk driving to and parking on campus. Crime in the area is out of control.
