Pros

Don't have to work to hard. The benefits are good which includes tuition wavers to attend classes at Texas Tech.

Cons

Not really performance oriented. The technology is average at best. There are people that have fiefdoms that are resistant to bringing new tale ted people in. There doesn't seem to be any motivation to change.

Pros

The benefits are good, the people are nice, there is a lot of freedom on what you can work on. The coworkers are quite competent. The training is good that they do in house.

Cons

It is difficult to start something new, or to innovate. The way things are done is the way that things will continue to be done for the most part.
