      You will have very limited scope to explore more technologies. I have to work on single technology for a long time.

      Cons

      Employees has very less access to systems to delivering the applications in different technologies. Some time you have to work very lately.

      Pros

      Don't have to work to hard. The benefits are good which includes tuition wavers to attend classes at Texas Tech.

      Cons

      Not really performance oriented. The technology is average at best. There are people that have fiefdoms that are resistant to bringing new tale ted people in. There doesn't seem to be any motivation to change.
