They strictly follow employment law, so no overtime, work at home, etc.

Very rote work, a "process job" as a superior explained.

Great benefits, paid time off, holidays, health and retirement benefits. Great people to work with.

Cons

Work processes and procedures can be a bit redundant. Recreating the wheel. One or two members of management lacked the skills to mentor and develop their team.
