Pros

The past 4 years have been decent. Its room for growth at times. It has great benefits and Healthcare. It additionally has great trainings and coworkers.

Cons

For the past 4 years we have had a hybrid schedule. That is about to end in less than 2 weeks. At times I feel like the clients are treated better than the actual workers. Additionally I believe its a glass ceiling when it comes to promotions at times. It doesnt matter about your work ethic its about who you know.
