The benefits are good. With minimal effort, an individual can work his/her way up the ladder to higher level positions.

Pros

I love that I can help people with resume, look for work, and get back to work. Awesome that its a 9 to 5 position. Most Holidays off and great benefits Our team understands we have family's as well as work.

Cons

WIT is not up to date. Some of the computers don't even have MS Word on them so we use Google drive with no training on it. Office computers are out dated
