Pros

The benefits are great and the people are great too. Best supervisors I have ever had.

Cons

Raises are given by the Texas Legislature so they are few and far between. They also micromanage you to the point that instead of increasing production they hinder production.

Very easy to work with. Had several projects, multiple sites over the years and welcome the opportunity to work with them again.

Slow implementation of plans/ products.

8-5pm job, no evenings and no weekends Free health insurance (cost varies with dependents)

Cons

Low, low pay! Huge caseload, no overtime allowed Adjudicators are overworked and burnt out.
