Pros

Working with various types of people that need your help is a definite pro. Good benefit package is a definite pro.

Cons

Terrible IT department and computers are antiques. Management most of the time has no idea what they are doing (although some of the managers are ok.) Some of the staff that has been employed for a long time get away with anything, and when they are reported for something it's just a slap on the hand and nothing ever changes.

Pros

Good people, stable work environment.

Cons

Limited advancement, limited recognition, poor communication (organizational sections have become very insular with most communication through email)
