Pros

Just okay place to work. Good benefits. Management is real iffy. I was lucky to switch from the worst manager to one of the best. Ridiculous workload with little praise or accolades. Generous pay and time off, if you use properly.

Cons

Poor pay, poor work life balance. Horrible upper leadership, they do not listen to process improvement ideas. The policy can be vague and difficult to sort through.

Pros

Flexible schedule, knowledgable attorneys willing to mentor, and remote.

Cons

Did not see a pathway to becoming a permanent hire.
