Pros

My supervisor upon hire was helpful and responsive to questions; I felt supported. However, supervisors can vary and when I was transferred to a different team, I felt the support was lacking.

Cons

The quotas are large because of a backlog. The time they estimate cases to take don't take into account the complexity/additional research needed/etc. Everything is about meeting the bottom line of hitting your quota.
