Pros

You get to help people go to work, keep their jobs, learn job skills, and help them advance in their career goals. We really help people-- it may take lots of paperwork and time but in the end we make a difference and help people with disabilities or health care problems keeping them from working or making it hard for them to work.

Cons

Policy changes too much and the workload is not manageable.

Job security, retirement, health insurance. Some truly excellent, hardworking leadership that cares deeply about how their work helps Texas citizens.

Cons

Slow-paced, unchallenging, bureaucratic, it's difficult to innovate.
