Good Benefits, friendly people, fair salary, the 9/80 work week is wonderful for work/life balance.

Cons

Not always organized, sometimes a lot of people assigned and not enough work so you end up doing things that feel like busy work

I worked with wonderful employees and employers for many years. Definitely the people I worked with were very good team players with the goal working toward excellent customer service.

Cons

I have had no bad experiences myself personally with this company in the 38 years I worked there.

These are some of the nicest people in the world. As a new hire the more experienced engineers were available to help me when I needed it.

Cons

Not everyone there is interested in working hard all the time. There is a lot of time wasted.
