      Pay is competitive and decent benefits.

      Cons

      They talk a good game when it comes to promoting from within, but they do no walk the walk. The good old buys system is alive and well. If you are not in the departments click, then you are shuned and not given opportunities to advance your career.

      Unfortunately, I feel all the "pros" are in our past.

      Cons

      The wrong people are being put in leadership roles and those more valuable and with the skills to lead & inspire, I see more and more of them shown the door.
