      Good benefits and work life balance

      Company is more focused on bringing the new graduates and placing them in critical roles while ignoring the mid career professionals. Higher management is filled with those who have no clue how to execute projects and just bank on mentoring and promoting young workforce for quick wins

      Pros

      Good community and support network, at both the enterprise and business unit levels. Good place to work. Excellent benefit package. Great growth opportunity for new graduates entering the workforce.

      Cons

      Tendency to focus new opportunities toward the youngest portion of the workforce as an attraction to new candidates and to develop new leaders, at the expense of more senior members of the team. High energy focus on developing new employees often significantly reduces opportunity for more experienced employees.
