      Pros

      Good salary, time to sit back and relax. Can get leaves whenever required(subject to department you're in). Once you're fired or plan to leave - no need to give knowledge transfer. Good departments are Kautex and Textron Specialized vehicles

      Cons

      Bad management after Indians took over. Mostly biased towards people. Cost cutting can lead to reduction in salary and job cuts as well. Job is never stable. Can get thrown out in an instant (Even 90 days are not given - management can ask you not to come from the very next day). Not using technology optimally as required. Management level people are safe and hardly loose their jobs - it's only people at the lower levels who tend to suffer. Less onsite opportunities and most of them are short term.

      Job duties and responsibilities I enjoy. Hours very accommodating for my schedule; people are great.

      Cons

      The management skills of some of the leaders are lacking...no development given or offered.
