      Many opportunities for cross business collaboration. Continued growth keeps people positive about their job security. Many people have been with the company for over 20 years, which helps new hires understand the culture and business in a deeper way.

      Cons

      Sometimes in a big company employees can feel small, but being in a smaller BU allows you to have a voice and really make an impact on the business.
