Pros
All Textron business housed in one presence, so the opportunity for exposure to what each business is doing is there. Good work-life balance.
Cons
Management maturity seems to be lacking at times. Basic mistakes have been made in the past. For example, a husband should never be reporting to his wife (and vice versa). Wasteful decisions on expat expenses not viewed very well by employee population. Companies should be cognizant of this. Located on the outskirts of Bangalore, so commuting is very difficult. Despite all of the above, it is a good place to work overall.
