      Pros

      Management is not afraid of making changes and is well prepared to guide the company in its future.

      Cons

      The product/engineering teams are still too closed inside their cocoons. This hurts the company and it's subsidiaries because they don't always take customer input into consideration.

      Global, complex, multi-industry company provides a variety of experiences. Good career growth if willing to move between companies, which could require relocation.

      Cons

      Difficult being a Corporate employee since 2008. Feels that current leadership doesn't value expertise of Corporate employees and underestimates the need for processes to be managed from Corporate.
