      Pros

      Can expand into other business units within Textron, Inc. if you want to climb the ladder. They look to promote within, so the opportunity to move up is good

      Cons

      If you get a leader that is not performing they have a track record of not replacing, they move laterally so another unit gets the issues or problems

      Pros

      Incredible benefits and retirement. No issues with health provider. Great perks when in Hunt Valley, MD. Friendly environment. Extremely helpful HR, got things done.

      Cons

      Mid-level supervisors were a joke. They had less real-world experience than the operators but pushed their agenda on everyone.

      Good people to work with. Give Engineering Interns real work. Small enough to where you can have a relationship albeit somewhat limited, with your boss, and others higher up.

      Cons

      Experience depends largely on your boss and the projects they have to give you.
