      Pros

      The pay was decent compared to companies in NoVa. Everyone there was nice and there was a lot of different work you could get involved in.

      Cons

      The intern program they implemented was brand new and had a lot of problems. The worst part I think was not working with a team of interns. Also, I chose a pretty boring project and since this was my first internship, I didn't have the guts to go and ask for a different one.

      Pros

      The IT department really integrated the interns into all the projects and business information.

      Cons

      Because the internship is only 10 weeks it is hard for the interns to be able to learn about all areas of IT.
