      Pros

      In the Geospatial office (Sterling VA, Woburn MA, Missoula, MO) the management was changed about a year ago. The company has been revitized and it's a great place to work. Great products, exciting technology and wonderful team oriented people to work with. The VP of the organization knows the business, is honest, truly cares about our customers and employees.

      As long as the current VP is in place, I don't see any cons

      Pros

      AAI is a company that thrives on longevity. There is years of experience and knowledge of the company. AAI delivers awesome products.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless. Textron Systems acquired AAI and is running all of the experience and knowledge out the door.....

      Pros

      For the most part, the people are great. You get some good experience. Work on some cool projects. Good entry level salary.

      Cons

      Trying to get any sort of compensation increase is like pulling teeth. We never really know what's going on with a project. Project guidance is minimal.
