Generally offers good benefits. Depending on job may have the ability to have a flexible work schedule. Large company with opportunity to move around.

Cons

Does not have good leadership at any level. Severely under staffed. Consistently offers interesting and important projects to interns resulting in a very demotivated workforce.

Cons

Management stresses multiple unpaid overtime hours each week (minimum of 3 overtime hours). Failure to meet the overtime goal results in poor performance reviews and reduced pay raises. Overtime pay is by special request only. The first 5 hours of OT is always unpaid.
