      Pros

      The actual job was fine, depending on your department and your coworkers. There was some flexibility to move to other departments if your current department wasn't a good fit.

      Cons

      AAI Corporation was acquired by Textron and the culture has been shifting ever since. You have employees that have been there for years upset with the new culture Textron is implementing.

      Flexible schedule- could work 9/80s if you wanted Interesting Product - there were a few programs going on there at once good people - Some of the people there were great

      Cons

      Losing business - loss of backlog in 2017 is leading to rolling layoffs Leadership is weak- some people are in leadership roles that should not be Boring - it can be hard to find meaning in the work there

      Lots of change since the "Corporate takeover". The contract climate is constantly in flux, and there are high turnover rates across the company, especially engineering.
