      Pros

      The entry level pay wasn't bad, it wasn't the best offer I had received, but it wasn't the worst either. The dress code was very relaxed so that was nice I guess.

      Cons

      A living heck. I have never had such a miserable experience in my entire life. There is an atrocious back stabbing culture there. Management promises the customer things they can't deliver, then they sacrifice someone when they inevitably don't deliver. The facility is a dump. The people aren't the best or brightest, and the technology is ancient. Expect to work with sociopaths and other horrible people. Everyone was miserable beyond belief.

      The people at Systems cared about you and wanted to know you. I really felt at home with the firm. Interesting and growing industry.

      Cons

      Office locations not ideal, some in super congested areas for commuting.

      Pros

      Interning with Textron Systems for my second summer in a row. Good company, definitely room for developing skills in different areas of a business. The work experience is quite beneficial and it can be fun when you realize the bigger projects in which you are working towards.

      Cons

      Some of the work can be pretty slow paced. The workload can fluctuate and may not remain consistent, which can be a good or bad thing depending on the person.
