      Shiny for a bit, then you notice the rust

      Pros

      Good benefits. Insurance and investment options are on par or above many in the defense industry. Good first-line managers. Not a bad company for young professionals.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected. Don't expect to move up if you aren't part of the "boys club."

      Company provides great benefits, flexible work schedules, good time off packages

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with employees. The lower level "laborers" seem to carry most of the weight, does not invest in tooling necessary to do current and future job, does not believe in training for employees to effectively progress in positions
