      Pros

      Newer management is focused on execution and has improved customer satisfaction. Investments in facility improvements are encouraging signs for the future. Career opportunities are available for those willing to try something new.

      Cons

      Winning new contracts for the Unmanned Systems business seems to be lagging. Too many middle managers are ineffective but yet tolerated. HR meddles in all staffing decisions. Managing 3 businesses out of 1 campus is very inefficient.

      Great people that care for employees in a demanding environment. Ability to earn way more than base pay

      Cons

      Long hours with lots of travel hampers family life. Travel is routinely months in duration
