You will get shipyard and aviation experience at the same time. The processes used are mil spec and look great on your resume.
Cons
The upper management is either non involved or micro managerial. The mid level management is a combination of ladder climbers who don't care about you, incompetent old timers who are in the position due to time served, and one or two really excellent leads that care.
