      Pros

      Small group of people who all get along well. Steady work to keep you busy with everyone working towards are common goal.

      Cons

      Management out of touch with the current economic reality in terms of inflation. Due to being a small site there is little room for advancement without moving out of state.

      Pros

      Great place to work - super flexible work-life balance - pay is good. Benefits are great, except for healthcare, which I think is terrible. Luckily I have healthcare through military service.

      Cons

      Pay is good, but promotions are slow and you have to be your own champion.
