      Pros

      The benefits are good. Fairly standard, but competitive. With enough time in the company you can earn up to 4 weeks of annual vacation in addition to holidays and IPT.

      Cons

      The campus often undergoes construction updates, which are good in the long run, but it often affects parking and the walk from your car to work can be lengthy.

      They took great care of me during my divorce and have been beyond flexible with me

      They have suffered from the "Good Ole Boy" system in the past when it comes to promoting to management.

      Overworked and Underpaid

      Good experience and great coworkers

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime was unofficially required or you risked not getting any sort of raise at year-end. Even when you did work overtime it was "never enough", and pay across the board was less than the industry standard. Sick time and vacation were also kept separate (2 weeks sick, 2 weeks vacation) which essentially meant most people only got 2 weeks off a year because it was hard to legitimately use sick time.
