Pros
My role at Textron was very low stress. I've heard horror stories about micromanagers or office politics squabbles but none of that happened here. I showed up, did the work I was told, and got paid. Time off was easy to schedule and I was never shamed or judged for taking it.
Cons
The only major complaint is that the work isn't very engaging. Much of my day to day was taken up with various administrative duties such as writing engineering change notices or researching new components to integrate into the current design framework. It wasn't hard but it was fairly boring. It's also not good if you're looking to broaden your skills as an engineer. At least my project was that way.
