I liked the paycheck, and the kids were sweet most of the time. They provide any resources needed.

Cons

Very conservative school, does not encourage individuality. Promotes growth within the schools values and prioritizes the whims of old white men’s views of religion and education. They will find any way to keep the teachers that follow their “look” and “values” rather than encouraging diversity.
