Benefits are in line with industry standards

Too many chiefs, there is too much overlap between departments which causes a lot of friction and projects get delayed months. Turn over since January 2021 is extremely high adding to everyone's workload and quotas. They will lower your bonus compensation package with no notice other than an email. Yearly review process is a mystery to managers. You don't know how much your bonus is until it is paid and it will be lower than the lowest amount you thought it would be. HR is slow to respond when you report an issue, if they follow up at all.
