      Pros

      Advantages: 1. If you are good at the job, there are plenty of opportunities for you to choose to work on. They are quite flexible. 2. A lot of large scale projects ongoing. Good to start there and grow for few years.

      Cons

      Disadvantages: If you are good at the job, you may end up getting a load of tasks, which may end up a lot of over time. Advice is to think before accepting and learn to say no and justify if you are overloaded.

      Good experience for someone unfamiliar with the Research and Tech industry. Interesting people

      Cons

      Location is not ideal, although company buses is available at many places. Work Environment may not be suitable for someone who has not worked with colleagues from European countries
