      Training provided if only you ask

      Cons

      Assign unrelated task with your role that's not even agreed during hiring, give employee work too much and don't care of how they finish it.

      The team is a family . High number of vacation and other perks

      Cons

      Lower management is often tempted by micro-mngt and wage are low for a cpy on the market of high revenue products.

      Pros

      very international environment, many cool projects to work on , I really enjoyed my time there and i had a chance to have a real hand on experience in telecomms . Flexible hours and vacations were very good though.

      Cons

      the salary for interns was very low, but that is a common thing happening in europe. Slow communication with the HR was an issue too.
