      Decent pay, and lower level employees and some supervisors and leads and very few of the managers treat people with respect they deserve

      Cons

      This place was great when i first started then in comes a new manager who if you did not kiss his well you know, you were considered no good and you got no where in the company. The entire direction of the company is taking a turn for the worse with no means to fix it. And forget going to HR for anything they are completely useless. and forget about a work life balance you are made to work OT and if you cant your made to feel as if you are going to get written up for it
