Rude French people run the place. They’re puppets to French parent. Employees led by fear, no one cares if you are overworked or treated like crap. French management are protected, HR is a joke! Take a day off? Good luck with that, cause the work just keeps piling up and your first day back you better be up to speed, which means you need an extra day off for the day off. They don’t care about anything but profits, despite the fact that their profitability is shameful. Stressful, offensive work environment, look somewhere else, not worth it unless you’re French.
