      Pros

      Prime contracts with multiple agencies and branches of the Military even though a small-ish company, Mix of site, hybrid, and fully remote positions across a large business portfolio, allowing you to move around if you want, Room for advancement.

      Pros

      A number of people on my program were not funded for Option Year 1. I was amongst those affected. ANALYGENCE leadership immediately held a town hall, and told us that they were working to find new positions for people. I was moved into a new position.

      Cons

      We see HQ people occasionally. I wish we'd see them a little more, but they're way better than my last company.
