      Pros

      Very focused on customer and employee satisfaction. HR is responsive. Benefits are good and the health plan is fairly stable (not one of those companies where the deductible climbs a lot every year). And the holiday party is amazing - treat folks right!

      Cons

      A lot of the work is on-site at government agencies so we don't get to feel like a company as much - but that's government contracting.
