      Leadership displays obvious care and concern for all personnel. This company is growing and provides great opportunity for growth as they promote their practice of hiring within. Without a doubt ANALYGENCE is the best company I’ve ever worked for.

      ANALYGENCE PMs and corporate leadership are intentional about keeping in touch with each employee on a professional and personal level. They managed to maintain the team culture even in COVID teleworking environments.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a small but rapidly expanding company: changing from one system to another, frequent adjustment/refinement of tools and processes.
