The CEO had zero leadership and management skills

Pros

Cool office vibe and there were some cool social outings

Cons

The CEO had zero idea of what he was doing and no idea on how to motivate or lead his people. He was a sales guy that thougth he could run his company but had zero idea on how to do so or how to motivate or promote talent on this company. There's no investment or care on people. He only care baout own self.

Pros

Nice office, great location and free snacks and drinks.

Cons

There's no freedom of speech in this place.No open communication channel that you can use for raising your concerns and issues with your job. It's like you never have anyone that will listen to you.

Unrealistic Expectations

Pros

If you're working on the dev or IS teams you're going to be learning a lot that will be useful to your career. TTG is underemployed and many of the junior members are handed down intermediate to senior level tasks that will force you to flex your intellectual muscles and learn something new. This is a great place to work if you're just entering software development and want to expand your capabilities.

Cons

Working at TTG is to succumb to a constant state of unorganized chaos. The CEO brings on new projects and new clients without the resources to support them. Many employees are overwhelmed with their workload and don't have time to help. Projects are assigned with little to no prerequisite research done which leads to a lot of time spent understanding and verifying the initial request. Hiring, firing, and resignations happen every week. For a company with under 50 employees this is a burning red flag. The CEO really doesn't give a ship about most of his subordinates, but he does like expanding his business.
